Role overview
Mideaseed is recruiting a creative, trend-aware, and execution-driven Social Media Associate / Social Media Manager to build and expand the online presence of several brands. This position is based in Boring Road, Patna, and requires working from the office.
The company is open to candidates whose experience may fit either the associate or manager level. The final designation and pay package will depend on the candidate’s background, skill set, and performance through the selection process.
Compensation and growth
The expected monthly salary is ₹12,000–₹15,000 for the Social Media Associate role and ₹16,000–₹20,000 for the Social Media Manager role. There is also an opportunity for performance-linked salary increases and advancement after 3–6 months.
Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and publish content that drives engagement across social platforms.
- Handle daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media channels.
- Support the planning and delivery of social media strategies and campaign ideas.
- Work closely with design, content, and production teams to coordinate output.
- Keep track of evolving platform features, trends, and algorithm updates.
- Review content performance and turn findings into practical improvements.
- Generate and execute fresh campaign concepts and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with shoot planning and content coordination whenever needed.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form content formats.
- Strong written communication and copywriting ability.
- Creative thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time.
- Exposure to Meta Business Suite and analytics tools will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with paid ads is a bonus.
