Role Overview
The company is hiring a Site Engineer to oversee construction activities at project locations and ensure that execution stays aligned with drawings, specifications, quality expectations, and site timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track the day-to-day construction work at the site.
- Make sure all work follows approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams to keep the project moving smoothly.
- Monitor progress regularly and help ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
- Carry out site checks and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Handle daily progress updates, material reconciliation, and other site records.
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and billing teams to support project milestones.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site while using manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should have a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction site execution is required.
- Experience across residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Applicants should understand construction methods, site supervision, and quality practices.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities are important.
- The role requires willingness to work at project sites and travel as needed.
