About the company
Evershine Moulders operates in plastic moulding and assembly and supplies products to major multinational brands such as LG, Daikin, Suzuki, and Kohler.
Role overview
This position is for a shift engineer based in Dharuhera, focused on managing production on the shop floor, coordinating manpower, and ensuring smooth shift handovers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain 5S standards across the shop floor.
- Use available resources effectively to achieve strong operational efficiency.
- Track production targets and compare planned output with actual results.
- Hand over completed shift production to WIP and finished goods stores.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to standards on the shop floor.
Desired candidate profile
- Should be capable of leading and coordinating shop floor manpower.
- Must understand product defects and basic troubleshooting methods.
- Candidates with a CIPET background or a diploma in plastics will be given preference.
- Should have basic working knowledge of ERP systems.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Petroleum Engineering or Plastics Technology, or a B.Sc in any specialization.
Compensation
The offered salary is in the range of INR 4,00,000 to 7,00,000 per year.
