Senior Interior Designer

Role overview

Panamera Living is looking for a seasoned and imaginative Senior Interior Designer to join its Dubai team. This position calls for a strong command of concept creation, space planning, project coordination, and 3D visualization, along with the ability to lead design work and produce refined, high-quality outcomes. Advanced skills in SketchUp and V-Ray are essential.

What you'll do

• Drive interior design projects from the first client brief through final delivery.
• Develop space plans, layout options, and technical drawing sets with precision.
• Build sophisticated 3D models and realistic visual renders using SketchUp and V-Ray.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, material schedules, and client-facing proposals.
• Handle several projects at once while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality targets under control.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects aligned.
• Lead client meetings, present ideas, and walk stakeholders through design decisions.
• Monitor site implementation and make sure the finished result matches the approved concept and specifications.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and help strengthen their growth.
• Check and sign off on design outputs before they are shared with clients.
• Keep current with emerging design trends, materials, products, and new solutions in the industry.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional interior design experience, ideally gained in the UAE.
• Advanced working knowledge of SketchUp and V-Ray is required.
• A strong portfolio that includes residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury work.
• Solid understanding of design principles, space planning, materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
• Confidence in handling clients and facilitating design discussions.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills, along with a professional presentation style.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound problem-solving ability.
• Candidates with exposure to European design standards and luxury residential projects are especially encouraged.
