The opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys maintaining standards, coordinating deliveries, and contributing to the creation of floral displays and hampers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep flowers looking fresh across all displays and arrangements.
• Check incoming deliveries and confirm they meet the expected standards.
• Make sure requisitions and deliveries are completed within the required timelines.
• Maintain workshop supplies so they remain fresh and attractively presented.
• Support the Supervisor and Manager with preparing floral arrangements and hampers.
• Help plan orders in a cost-conscious way while still maintaining quality.
• Assist with rolling out new flower arrangement concepts and updates.
• Handle daily supply ordering and contribute to financial reporting.
• Allocate work to Guest Service Agents and Designers when needed.
• Deliver training support when required.
• Take on any additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Secondary education is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role and setting.
• Ability to lift and move large, heavy items.
