Senior Financial Analyst

Role overview

VICE TV is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to help strengthen financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day operational performance. In this position, you will report directly to the CFO and contribute across long-term planning, content amortization, cash flow management, and broader finance initiatives. The role is highly collaborative and involves regular interaction with senior leaders across the business, so it calls for both strong analytical capability and clear, business-focused communication.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the CFO on the quarterly reforecast, annual operating plan, and long-range planning process.
• Develop and update flexible amortization models for linear and digital content.
• Improve reporting workflows by leading automation efforts that increase speed and accuracy.
• Take part in monthly close activities and prepare financial reporting for profit and loss as well as cash flow.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to monitor spend and promote accountability and efficiency across teams.
• Support stronger cash flow performance by managing accounts payable and accounts receivable collections.
• Handle ad hoc analysis and other finance-related assignments as needed.

What you need

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of advancing experience in corporate finance or accounting; experience in media or entertainment is considered an advantage.
• Strong technical and analytical capability, including advanced financial modeling and use of data tools.
• The ability to think strategically and communicate effectively, especially when turning complex financial information into practical guidance for leadership.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and conditions can change quickly.
