Role Overview

  • Stay ahead of executive priorities by spotting scheduling conflicts and anticipating business needs in advance.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, and external executives.
  • Support performance review and promotion cycles by managing timelines, meetings, and related documentation.
  • Protect confidential information and exercise sound judgment at all times.
  • Contribute to multiple projects and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner.
