Key responsibilities

• Work with business partners to collect and document needs, then convert them into clear process and reporting solutions that support enterprise automation efforts.
• Build and update dashboards, reports, and visual analytics in tools like Power BI and Tableau to help teams make informed decisions.
• Set, monitor, and assess key performance indicators and business measures across several parts of the organization.
• Bring together information from different sources, analyze it, and turn it into practical recommendations.
• Assist Agile delivery teams by helping refine backlogs, plan sprints, and support iterative solution delivery.
• Develop process documentation, including end-user instructions and technical notes, to support understanding and adoption.
• Share analysis, reports, and recommendations with business leaders to guide planning and operational change.

Required background

• At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, data analytics, or a closely related area.
• Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Previous experience in Agile teams and iterative delivery environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, including comfort working with complex datasets and spotting patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to juggle several priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping work accurate and detail-oriented.
• Experience writing process documentation and clear materials for end users.
