Role overview
Delhivery is hiring experienced recruiters for its expanding Talent Acquisition function in Gurgaon or Bangalore. The position is best suited for someone who has handled large-scale, high-volume hiring for non-technical functions such as sales, marketing, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and driven to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions across assigned business needs.
- Create and execute hiring plans and talent acquisition strategies.
- Improve recruitment methods by exploring new sourcing channels and approaches.
- Track market availability of talent and adjust hiring plans accordingly.
- Encourage a candidate-first approach within the hiring team.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and align recruitment strategy with the market.
- Maintain and update job descriptions to ensure they are accurate and of high quality.
- Monitor recruitment metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Plan and execute hiring drives.
- Handle several parallel hiring processes and projects, while prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
Preferred profile
Applicants who can start immediately and have previous experience in a startup environment will be preferred.
Qualification
A Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
