About IT.Niedersachsen
IT.Niedersachsen supports the digital transformation of public administration in Lower Saxony. Your Responsibilities
- Guide an agile team using appropriate methods and structure.
- Coordinate the purposeful use of tools that support the team’s work.
- Ensure agile ceremonies and events are run effectively and efficiently.
- Work methodically with other Scrum Masters on projects as well as with the client/commissioning party.
Profile and Requirements
Applicants should hold one of the following qualifications: a university degree at bachelor’s or equivalent level in public administration, business administration, social sciences, political science, business informatics, or computer science, combined with at least two years of professional work relevant to the field of study; or an equivalent degree in administrative informatics with at least six months of comparable work related to the degree; or a successfully completed administrative training program level II.
Practical experience with agile methods is required. Helpful additional knowledge includes agile program structures, the organizational and process setup of the Lower Saxony state administration, and basic ITIL knowledge. Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach certifications are an advantage.
Personal strengths sought for this position include a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, customer and service orientation, organizational ability, clear spoken and written communication, teamwork, cooperation, and initiative.
