Sales Interior Designer

Role Summary

Ariika is hiring a creative, sales-oriented interior designer in Riyadh to help customers choose furniture and shape spaces that fit their needs. The role combines design guidance with selling support, with the aim of delivering a memorable shopping experience and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in selecting furniture and planning room layouts.
• Suggest design solutions that align with each client’s preferences and budget.
• Advise customers on décor coordination and color choices.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients.
• Work toward and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Keep the showroom presentation aligned with Ariika’s visual standards.
• Track current trends in furniture and interior design.

Requirements

• Applicant must be a Saudi national.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design or a closely related field is required.
• Previous exposure to furniture, home décor, or interior design sales is preferred.
• Strong abilities in communication and persuasion are essential.
• Good understanding of furniture, color coordination, and space planning is needed.
• Familiarity with design software is considered an advantage.

Additional Information

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite role. The successful candidate will be expected to combine customer service, interior styling, and sales performance in one client-facing role.
