About the Role
K Estates is an award-winning ultra-luxury real estate brokerage with an international footprint spanning Dubai, Cannes, and Monaco. As the business continues to expand, it is looking for a seasoned Sales Director to head up and grow its Secondary Market Sales Division. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a professional who excels at developing strong teams, accelerating revenue, and fostering a workplace built on accountability, high performance, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, support, and retain strong-performing brokers in the secondary market.
- Scale a successful sales team focused on Dubai’s luxury secondary property segment.
- Improve team revenue, productivity, and overall transaction output.
- Establish, track, and enforce KPIs, sales goals, and performance benchmarks.
- Coach brokers through every stage of the sales cycle and help strengthen their closing ability.
- Carry out regular performance evaluations and create development plans.
- Work in close partnership with senior leadership to implement growth initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism across the team.
- Build a culture centered on ownership, motivation, and ongoing improvement.
- Spot new business opportunities and monitor market movements to grow market share.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in leading sales within Dubai’s real estate sector.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
