In this position, you’ll use the sales approach, product expertise, and customer-first mindset to help guests find the right solutions. What You’ll Do

As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll help shape the in-store experience while developing your own career in a retail sales environment.

• Meet and surpass monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with teammates and store leaders to share ideas, support customers, and resolve issues.
• Act as a friendly and enthusiastic advocate for guests.
• Present product value and recommend suitable solutions through excellent service.
• Build genuine connections with customers and simplify technology for them.
• Bring energy and motivation to a fast-moving sales setting.
• Support merchandising and store operations as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Victra states that sales consultants typically earn an average annual income of $40,000 to $64,000, which includes base hourly pay plus uncapped commission. Paid training is provided, along with a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment.

Employees earn paid time off each pay period at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year during the first year, increasing to 80 hours per year in each following year. In some states, sick leave accrual and rollover may also apply under state law, and any legally required sick time will reduce annual PTO accrual as applicable.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Comfort working evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy periods from November through December or during peak vacation times.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate with customers and help find solutions.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants are required to complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) program within 30 days of their start date. The training may involve overnight travel, paid for by the company. Ongoing online and computer-based learning will also be part of the role.
