About the Role

Cosmoprof Canada is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to help create an excellent in-store experience for customers. In this role, you will support shoppers across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails while sharing product knowledge, building customer relationships, and contributing to a welcoming retail environment. Training and product education are provided, so your enthusiasm, personality, and love for beauty are key.

Key Duties

• Create a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
• Develop customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Suggest complementary and additional products based on customer needs.
• Share information about current offers, promotions, and special events.
• Set up displays and arrange merchandise to support sales campaigns.
• Promote enrollment in the loyalty program and explain its benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help maintain a professional, organized store environment and report inventory concerns.
• Represent the company’s culture and values in day-to-day interactions.
• Be available to work varied schedules and store hours as needed.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

This position can involve extended periods of standing and walking, as well as repeated bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching. It may also require lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment boxes or record boxes, working near moving equipment, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, including while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
