Role overview
This full-time Sales Assistant position is based in Derrynea, Costelloe, Co. Galway (H91XRC3). The role centers on putting customer satisfaction first, greeting shoppers with genuine enthusiasm, and using product and store knowledge to create a positive shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make customer care the top priority in every interaction.
- Represent the store’s values in a way that is proud, energetic, imaginative, and community-focused.
- Maintain a helpful, upbeat approach so customers receive excellent service.
- Handle customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and in line with store procedures.
- Keep shelves and store areas stocked and presented to a high visual standard.
- Welcome new ideas and adapt smoothly to improved ways of working.
