Role overview

CR Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Admin to support client communication, sales coordination, and onboarding activities. This position is based from home and requires a person who can respond promptly to client needs, keep records organized, and help the team move deals forward smoothly.

What you will do

Handle client questions by email or message and route them to the right internal contact when needed.
Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, proposals, engagement letters, and service agreements, depending on the situation.
Keep sales lead trackers and other related records accurate and up to date.
Follow up with prospects and leads for pending documents and next steps.
Work with teams such as accounts, compliance, and secretarial to support timely client onboarding.
Help create pitch decks, presentation materials, and similar sales support documents.

Working arrangement

This is a work-from-home role. The expected workload is about 2 to 3 hours per day. If occasional scheduling conflicts arise, they should be communicated and cleared on the next working day.

Pay is structured differently by employment arrangement: part-time compensation is hourly, while full-time compensation is monthly.

Requirements

You should be comfortable following up quickly with prospects and clients when information or documents are needed.
A basic grasp of sales workflows, marketing concepts, and CRM usage is expected.
You need to have your own laptop that runs smoothly, without delays when opening apps or typing.
The device should ideally have Windows 10, 8 GB RAM, and an SSD.
A stable internet connection is required, with a minimum speed test result of 20 Mbps.
Corporate laptops may be supplied for selected locations.
You must be able to communicate and write in English at a reasonable level.
