Room Service Server

Role Overview

This role is focused on creating a polished and memorable dining experience for hotel guests through attentive room service support and high-quality food and beverage service. The position is part of a luxury hospitality environment where every interaction is expected to feel personal, professional, and well executed.

What You Will Do

• Prepare guest tables and service areas to support a smooth dining experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Serve guests and handle service transactions in a way that feels seamless and hospitable.
• Clean and maintain service stations, equipment, and related work areas.
• Take ownership of service delivery and respond to additional reasonable duties as required.

Work Expectations

The job requires an active, hands-on approach and regular movement throughout the shift. You should be comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, including on slopes or uneven and slippery surfaces. The role also involves reading and checking menu information carefully and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead, bending, twisting, stooping, and working below the knees are also part of the position.

Preferred Background

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Prior related work experience of less than one year is expected, and no supervisory experience is required. No license or certification is needed.
