Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kingston. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily retail activities, which includes leading staff, overseeing inventory, supporting merchandising efforts, and maintaining a tidy and well-organized store. This role involves serving as a primary contact for both customers and employees, delivering training, and addressing complex customer service concerns while adhering to company standards.
