Role Overview
This position is for a Store Manager at the Brookside location, where the main focus is to guide and develop the team, lift sales performance, manage wage costs, and keep stock moving effectively. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering excellent service and maintaining the company’s reputation for being welcoming and easy to shop with.
Key Duties
- Lead, coach, and train store team members so they can perform confidently and effectively.
- Work toward sales budgets, commercial targets, and broader financial objectives.
- Control wage use while balancing roster needs and store performance.
- Manage stock flow and rotation to support sales and availability.
- Maintain high standards in merchandising and store presentation.
- Deliver a smooth in-store experience for customers who shop through digital channels.
- Model the company’s customer care principles and values in day-to-day leadership.
- Inspire the team to create memorable and positive customer interactions.
