Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently strong customer experience that aligns with the brand’s values and service expectations.
• Support store performance by helping meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through effective service.
• Handle checkout transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise activities as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, operational standards, and assigned responsibilities.
• Help maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both customers and coworkers.
• Be available to work non-standard shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be necessary.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail setting, preferably in apparel or footwear.
• Strong ability to work well within a team.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office.
• Physically able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this part-time position is $17.60 to $20.60, plus benefits.
