Role overview

This position focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of trade and high-value MSME clients, with responsibility for meeting their working-capital and trade-finance needs. The role also covers customer acquisition, portfolio development, revenue growth, and compliance-led transaction support.

Key responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage trade customers and high-value MSME accounts that require working capital support.
  • Address customer needs related to pre-shipment and post-shipment financing.
  • Own the full customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, portfolio handling, activation, and attrition management.
