Role Overview

Retail Sales Execution
- Generate business consistently from assigned relationships and contribute to the region’s overall performance goals.
- Study market information to spot prospective clients, make direct sales pitches, and work with channel partners to boost revenue.
- Assess distributor profiles and tailor support to their needs so repeat business continues smoothly.
- Work toward achieving the required number of folios and meeting the target for new SIP additions.
Distributor Empanelment and Engagement
- Maintain regular communication and periodic meetings with distributors.
- Handle distributor empanelment and activation activities.
- Share product updates and other relevant information promptly and accurately.
- Plan and conduct trainings, meetings, and engagement initiatives for channel partners.
Reporting and Compliance
- Follow internal reporting processes and audit requirements with complete compliance.
- Submit weekly updates to Regional Heads and Channel Heads.
- Keep the sales portal updated with the necessary details to support data tracking and analysis.
- Arrange installation of advertising and promotional material to improve brand presence.
