Role overview

Ahalia Medical Group is looking for a proactive, service-oriented Relationship Executive with a healthcare background to strengthen patient and client engagement at its Abu Dhabi facility.

What you will do

Work with internal teams to keep service delivery coordinated, efficient, and on schedule.
Handle interactions with patients and clients while maintaining a high standard of satisfaction.
Respond to questions, suggestions, and complaints in a courteous and professional way.
Help ensure day-to-day activities remain aligned with hospital rules and healthcare compliance requirements.

What the role calls for

At least 2 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing, or a closely related area.
A valid UAE driving licence is compulsory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with sound interpersonal ability.
Capability in relationship handling and customer service.
Preference will be given to candidates already based in the UAE.
