Recruitment Consultant

Overview

We are looking for a driven principal consultant to help manage existing client relationships while also bringing in new business. This role suits someone with senior recruitment experience and a strong enthusiasm for the recruitment profession.

Applicants must have hands-on experience in both recruitment delivery and business development. Candidates without a background in developing new business will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Source strong candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking activities.
• Secure fresh business opportunities and build lasting client partnerships.
• Meet billing goals and performance KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Contribute to a high-achieving, collaborative environment focused on growth and results.
• Create and maintain a talent pool for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Carry out early-stage phone screening to evaluate experience, capabilities, and cultural fit.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with hiring teams throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Brief candidates on role expectations and provide relevant company context.
• Keep the hiring process moving smoothly with timely updates and coordination.
• Support internal HR initiatives and help improve processes where needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally across multiple industries and preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in generating revenue and winning new clients.
• Comfortable working to strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be self-directed and able to perform effectively in a remote work arrangement.
