Role Overview

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will help build Profound’s team, not only its product. Your work will shape how the company sources, engages, and hires exceptional talent while creating a candidate journey that feels personal, organized, and high-touch at every stage. What You’ll Do

  • Arrange and manage interviews across different teams and time zones, making sure candidates stay informed, respected, and supported throughout the process.
  • Act as a candidate-facing representative of Profound, offering clear communication, empathy, and a welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to monitor hiring pipelines, track candidate progress, and keep recruiting operations moving efficiently.
  • Support recruiting initiatives and process enhancements that help the team scale without losing sight of the company’s culture.
  • Contribute directly to the growth of the recruiting function by helping improve tools, workflows, and the everyday practices that make the process feel personal.
