Role overview

knownwell is hiring a Recruiter to join the team and report to the Director of Recruiting. This position owns the recruitment process end to end for both clinical and corporate positions, working closely with hiring managers and leaders to identify hiring needs, source strong candidates, and create an excellent experience throughout the hiring journey.

What you will do

  • Run full-cycle hiring for clinical and corporate roles, covering posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer discussions.
  • Build candidate pipelines using multiple channels such as job boards, social platforms, and networking events.
  • Work with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and recruiting strategy.
  • Keep candidates informed with timely updates, clear communication, and a smooth recruitment process.
  • Follow structured hiring practices and help maintain consistent, efficient recruiting workflows.
  • Monitor and share hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to improve results.
  • Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, organize pipelines, and support recruiting efficiency.

What you should bring

  • A bachelor’s degree and 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to clinical and/or corporate hiring.
  • Hands-on experience managing hiring processes from start to finish and partnering with managers to fill open roles.
  • A data-oriented approach, with comfort using metrics to guide recruiting decisions and process improvements.
  • Strong organization, the ability to juggle several priorities, and careful attention to detail.
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems, with Ashby as a plus, along with Sheets/Excel and communication tools such as Teams.
  • Strong sourcing ability and familiarity with a range of recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence people at different levels.
