About the Role
We are seeking a performance-focused Recruiter who can help bring in strong talent to meet the needs of a growing business. This position centers on creating effective candidate pipelines, working closely with hiring managers, and handling the end-to-end hiring process while keeping the candidate journey smooth and the turnaround time efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage suitable candidates through a variety of hiring channels.
- Review applications and conduct preliminary screening interviews.
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and assist with hiring coordination.
- Publish and manage job advertisements and keep candidate records updated.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for immediate and upcoming vacancies.
- Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates at every stage.
- Compile recruitment updates and monitor progress against hiring goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong verbal communication, interviewing ability, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with Saudi employment regulations and hiring practices.
Additional Information
This role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, onsite position.
