Role overview
Listers Group is looking for a polished, clear-speaking Receptionist / Telephonist to join its Toyota dealership in Bristol, Patchway. This front-of-house role is central to creating a welcoming and well-organised first impression for customers and visitors.
The position is based on site and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route each enquiry to the correct team or department.
- Make sure customer messages are handed over and dealt with promptly.
- Assist with customer events and promotional activity across the departments.
- Handle occasional administrative and ad hoc support tasks as needed.
What the role involves
You will be one of the first people customers interact with, so a confident, organised and self-driven approach is essential. The role calls for someone who can build rapport quickly, communicate professionally and help keep the reception area running smoothly.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant will already have experience in a customer service setting and a track record of delivering a strong customer experience. You should feel comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day, present yourself professionally, and be motivated to provide outstanding service at the first point of contact.
