Role Summary
The Quality Control Inspector will be part of the Operations team and will report to an Operations Manager. The role is centered on delivering inspection services to clients while maintaining QIMA’s quality standards throughout the process.
Key Duties
- Review email communications each day to receive inspection instructions and supporting documents.
- Arrive for inspections on schedule and interact with suppliers in a courteous, professional manner.
- Inspect merchandise according to company procedures and oversee container stuffing as per the required process.
- Complete inspection reports within the defined procedures and timelines.
Required Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a college degree or higher in apparel or a related discipline. The role calls for over 3 years of experience in quality management, along with hands-on exposure to the softline industry.
Applicants must understand AQL standards and be familiar with applicable safety and quality regulations. Strong spoken and written English, careful attention to detail, and a high level of professional ethics are also essential.
