QA Specialist (Automation)

Role Overview

This position is for an automation QA specialist who can build and maintain dependable test automation using Python and Selenium. The role focuses on strengthening product quality through automated checks across user interfaces and web services, while also contributing to automation strategy and execution.

What You Will Do

You will work with the development team to embed automated testing into the CI/CD process so that quality checks run smoothly within delivery workflows. The job involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated test scripts and supporting automation efforts across different applications and test layers.

Experience and Technical Background

The ideal candidate should bring 6+ years of QA automation experience and should have worked with multiple test automation frameworks, including leadership exposure to automation initiatives. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium is essential, along with familiarity in Robot Framework and the ability to work with Python code confidently enough to read existing scripts and create new automated test cases. Experience with Selenium using Python or Java is also expected. Working knowledge of Git and SQL is required, and prior exposure to UI testing as well as API/web service testing is important.

Compensation

The offered salary range is INR 18,00,000 to INR 25,00,000 per year.

This role is based in Pune, India, with a remote or hybrid working setup from Pune.
