Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Purchase & Logistics Executive. The position is responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth movement of auto parts across the supply chain.

Key Duties

  • Source genuine and aftermarket auto spare parts as needed.
  • Collect quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.

  • Monitor shipment progress and follow up to ensure on-time delivery to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain precise inventory data and support stock control efforts.
  • Work closely with suppliers and warehouse staff to keep operations running efficiently.

  • Assist sales and customer service teams with order updates and fulfillment support.
