Role overview

An expanding South Dublin law practice is looking to add an experienced real estate solicitor to its growing property team. This is a strong opportunity for a lawyer who wants to join a high-calibre, fast-developing group and work from an established client base.

The position sits within the property department and involves working directly with a partner across both commercial and residential matters.

Compensation

Pay is tied to post-qualification experience and starts from €85,000+, with the final package open to negotiation depending on factors such as client following and overall experience.

Work scope

Projects include premium commercial conveyancing, commercial property refinancing, title correction work, and commercial lease matters. Prior exposure to these areas is helpful, though not essential.

The firm is open to applicants from any practice background, provided they bring enough property-law experience. Experience in both commercial and residential conveyancing is expected; a profile focused mainly on residential work is also acceptable.
