- Review and improve project management methods, templates, and tools to boost team efficiency.
Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and, when needed, external partners or vendors.
- Convert technical details into simple, practical updates for executive and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.

- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, with hybrid Agile-Waterfall experience considered an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated software environments is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational ability and comfort managing several projects with competing priorities at the same time.
- Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks early.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others without formal authority.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on accurate documentation and reporting.
