Role Overview

This is a fully remote position aligned to EST working hours. It is a part-time engagement of about 20 hours per week, typically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The role supports a consultancy delivering a 13-month leadership development program for a client focused on building world-class leadership capability. The program spans three connected streams: Leadership Foundations, Leadership Competency Development with five competencies delivered in 8-week cycles, and Leadership Integration & Growth. The structure is already defined, and the priority now is smooth execution.

The Project Manager will partner closely with the Client Advisor, who owns senior-level relationship management and keeps all workstreams connected. In this position, you will provide operational support by building project structure, tracking progress, and ensuring that deliverables, timelines, and dependencies stay under control.

Team Environment

You will work as part of a small, collaborative team that includes the Client Advisor, the Instructional Design Partner, and a Freelance Graphic Design Partner. The Client Advisor serves as the central link across partners, while you act as the operational driver that keeps the work moving, organized, and visible.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee the full project plan, maintain visibility across all workstreams, support client communications, manage shared assets, and help the Client Advisor stay focused on strategy and stakeholder management.

Project Planning and Timeline Management

  • Ensure a seamless handoff between build and delivery phases, with files correctly stored, current, and accessible to the right people.

Experience and Skills Required

  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience in consulting, professional services, or learning and development.
