Role Summary
This part-time remote opportunity is for a Project Management Specialist supporting client work from anywhere. The position is focused on coordinating projects end to end, keeping delivery on schedule, and working closely with internal teams and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Manage assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery, making sure the agreed scope, budget, and deadlines are maintained.
- Work with internal departments and outside stakeholders to collect requirements and align everyone on project goals.
- Track project status regularly, identify potential risks early, and put mitigation plans in place.
- Draft and share detailed progress reports with clients and senior leadership.
- Follow company workflows and relevant industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience handling projects, ideally within technology or consulting.
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus solid organization and multitasking ability.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
