Project Management Engineer

Role Summary

This position focuses on supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering and construction assignments. The role keeps project work aligned with the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations, while working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to project planning by helping prepare schedules and cost estimates.
• Follow up on project progress and compile regular status updates.
• Work with engineering, procurement, and site teams to keep milestones on track and delivered on time.
• Check technical documents, drawings, and submittals to confirm accuracy and compliance.
• Spot project risks and assist with mitigation actions.
• Monitor contractor performance and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Support project meetings, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline, is required.
• Relevant experience of 2 to 8 years in project engineering or project management is expected.
• A solid grasp of project management concepts and engineering workflows is needed.
• Hands-on capability with MS Project, Primavera, and other engineering tools is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, coordination, and analytical abilities are important.
