Role overview
Amazon is hiring an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Program Manager for the AMET operations team in Dubai. The role is centered on improving OTR operations within Amazon’s last-mile delivery stations, with a strong focus on optimization, practical problem-solving, and building scalable mechanisms that improve utilization.
In this position, you will act as the specialist for UTR and OTR operations, helping drive capacity gains and better use of resources across the network. You will also own the routing and sortation space, with accountability for RUBL60 and sort grid utilization metrics. The role requires someone who can simplify complex operational challenges and translate them into workable solutions backed by a deep understanding of the process.

It offers exposure to business, finance, technical, and operations teams across the organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguity and can help shape products and programs even when information is limited. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to create momentum, work across functions, and influence senior leaders, technical teams, finance partners, and operations stakeholders.
