Professional Cleaner - Melbourne

About the role

We are looking for professional cleaners to join a team serving Melbourne, with opportunities across the Northern, Western, East, and South areas. The role is open to candidates seeking full-time, part-time, or casual work. Working hours fall within 8:00am to 7:00pm. Employment can be arranged either as a PAYG employee or on an ABN. Female applicants are welcome and actively encouraged. Full-time candidates will receive training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver domestic cleaning services to a consistently high standard.
• Work through cleaning checklists and follow quality expectations.
• Keep cleaning tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Communicate politely and professionally with clients.
• Escalate any problems or concerns without delay.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
• Need access to dependable transport or hold a current driver’s licence.
• Police clearance is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain one.
• Must be available to work during business hours of 8:00am to 7:00pm.
• Should demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Need a positive attitude and a solid work ethic.
