Role Overview

This opportunity is for a compassionate Professional Caregiver to support clients in Leamington, Kingsville, and nearby communities across Essex County, Ontario. The role is designed as a flexible placement and can suit candidates looking for part-time or full-time hours.

Key Duties

Deliver hands-on personal care and day-to-day support to clients in their homes.
Help with light cleaning and general household tasks.
Plan, prepare, and cook simple meals according to each client’s preferences and needs.
Provide friendly companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
Assist with routine activities of daily living while prioritizing safety, dignity, and comfort.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in caregiving, whether personal or professional, will be considered an advantage.
A valid driver’s license and dependable access to a vehicle are required.
The candidate must be able to clear a criminal background check.
Two professional references should be available.
Availability on alternating weekends is expected.
Clear verbal and written communication in English is needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay is set at $19 to $20 per hour.
Paid training is provided to help you start with confidence.

Scheduling is flexible.
Benefits may be available after six months of employment, subject to qualification.
