직무 설명
Job Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for operating the machine in a safe and efficient manner, keeping waste to a minimum, and consistently achieving the best possible product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Inspector in making sure output matches the required product specifications and finished goods standards.
- Carry out proper cleaning of the production line during the shift and at month-end close.
- Complete the daily production report and pass it on to the Production Team Leader.
- Adjust the machine correctly and manage size changeovers when required.
- Handle raw materials properly when receiving or returning them to and from the raw material warehouse.
- Inform the Lead Operator and Line Setter immediately about any machine-related issue.
- Ensure finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their assigned locations.
- Follow safety and environmental instructions at all times and take part in toolbox talks led by the HSE officer.
- Take part in consultation and all relevant OH&S activities, including planning, implementation, performance review, and improvement actions for the occupational health and safety management system.
Additional Information
This role is based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates and is a full-time, onsite position.
