About the role
CodeRound AI is building a platform that connects exceptional tech talent with rapidly growing venture-backed AI startups across Silicon Valley and India. The product is designed to help candidates apply once and unlock as many as 20 interview opportunities across remote and onsite roles, while also helping leading product companies identify strong engineers and machine learning professionals.
What you will own
- Partner with the founders to shape, sequence, and refine the product roadmap.
- Create and improve AI-first product journeys, including dynamic assessments, LLM-based scoring, and evaluation interfaces.
- Turn customer input into clear product requirements that design and engineering teams can execute on.
- Take ownership of key metrics such as candidate quality, conversion through the funnel, recruiter happiness, and system correctness.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and growth teams to release new features every week.
- Move quickly while maintaining quality by shipping, testing, learning, and iterating continuously.

Compensation
