NorthLadder is building global infrastructure for device trade-ins, auctions, and circular commerce. Its platform supports trade-in, auction, and circularity programs for major OEMs, telecom companies, retailers, and e-commerce businesses in more than 20 countries, helping extend the life of pre-owned electronics.

Role overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to tackle some of our most ambitious and least clearly defined challenges. This is a peer-level founding PM position reporting directly to the CPO.

Potential ownership areas

• New business models: design and launch fresh ways for people to buy and sell devices, including consumer-to-business trade-in and other models we may create over time.
• Device stock exchange / index: help define a future-facing, transparent system for real-time pricing and trading of used electronics.
• Other similarly ambitious product initiatives.

We operate with an AI-first and prototype-first mindset. We prefer to deeply define the problem before exploring solutions, and we value prototypes and demos more highly than lengthy documents. Our quality expectations are high: work should be innovative, useful, easy to understand, unobtrusive, and thorough. Product Managers are expected to think like business owners, own the financial impact of what they build, and track the outcomes of shipped work.

Must-have experience

• 5 to 7 years of product experience, including startup experience where you helped build from the ground up.
• A history of 0-to-1 delivery, with ownership of the core problem rather than only the roadmap.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; engineering or quantitative backgrounds are especially relevant.
• Good commercial judgment, with an understanding of cost, revenue, and market viability.
• Clear and direct communication skills, along with the maturity and judgment to work independently.
• Comfort with using AI tools as part of day-to-day product work.

Preferred background

• Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or marketplace products.
• Exposure to two-sided marketplaces, auctions, pricing systems, or commerce products.
• Experience working in a fast-scaling environment with minimal process.
