Role overview

We are hiring a Product Manager in Davie, Florida to steer product direction, shape development efforts, and drive ongoing product improvement. This role works across teams to convert business priorities and customer needs into actionable plans with measurable results. The successful candidate should bring solid product management experience, be comfortable working in Agile Scrum settings, and be able to spot where artificial intelligence can add practical value to product offerings.

What you will do

Set the product direction, priority stack, and roadmap so they support company goals and customer needs.
Work with engineering, design, and business partners to convert ideas and requirements into clear, manageable product initiatives.
Oversee the product journey from early discovery to launch, while actively managing milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Run Agile Scrum meetings and keep the backlog well organized to support effective sprint planning and delivery.
Review user input, market trends, and performance data to shape product improvements and future versions.
Spot opportunities to use artificial intelligence in ways that improve product value, user experience, or efficiency.
Prepare product documents such as requirements, acceptance criteria, and release updates for internal stakeholders.
Monitor product performance using key metrics and recommend changes that strengthen business and customer outcomes.

What we are looking for

Hands-on product management experience, including roadmap ownership, prioritization, and delivery accountability.
Practical understanding of Agile Scrum methods and the ability to work effectively in iterative delivery environments.
Awareness of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to convert AI possibilities into workable product ideas.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work smoothly across technical and non-technical teams.
Analytical thinking with experience using customer feedback, data, and market insights to inform product decisions.
Capability to write clear requirements and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
