About the Role

Ringside Talent is seeking a collaborative and strategic Product Manager for a client role based in Columbus, Ohio. This hybrid position will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of products, execution of roadmaps, and ongoing enhancement of digital solutions. The role involves overseeing priorities for a dedicated software development team.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the product roadmap, define priorities, and manage feature delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather essential requirements and establish clear product objectives.
• Guide a dedicated software development team through all phases of planning and execution.
• Convert business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, quality assurance, user experience, and leadership teams to ensure the delivery of superior solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings.
• Continuously track product performance, analyze user feedback, and stay abreast of market trends.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and product advancement.
• Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and potential risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with software development teams.
• A solid grasp of agile methodologies and the complete product lifecycle management process.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to balance competing business priorities with technical feasibility.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
• A technical background or prior experience supporting software products is considered a valuable asset.
