What you will work on

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of one or more parts of the Payments Anti-Financial Crimes platform, including anti-money laundering, screening, or regulatory reporting.
  • Partner with Payments Compliance stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize needs that lower regulatory, reputational, and other compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with first-party integrators such as Cloud or Play to assess their regulatory requirements and launch solutions that support business growth.
  • Create and drive a strategy and roadmap for intelligent alerting using AI/ML, with the goal of reducing false positives and false negatives, and improving analyst review tools.
  • Lead complex programs for the Payments Compliance core platform and coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Minimum qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management.

Preferred qualifications

  • About 6 years of industry experience leading complex products that use machine learning, operations, and external vendors, while working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience creating technical roadmaps and implementation plans, and presenting them to stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and influencing abilities, with the capacity to provide thought leadership and build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work with SQL-based data analysis and create data visualizations.
