Role Overview

This is a full-time, independent contractor position for a Product Manager who can combine strategy with execution. The role sits at the crossroads of business, technology, and user experience, turning broad product goals into practical roadmaps that address real user and business challenges. It is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where their decisions help shape product direction and overall business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap using market insights and customer feedback.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to guide the product through every stage from discovery to release.
• Convert user needs into precise functional specifications and clear user stories.
• Manage and sequence the backlog by weighing technical debt, feature requests, and longer-term business priorities.
• Review product metrics and user responses to refine features and support ongoing improvement.
• Represent the customer perspective and ensure each feature delivers a smooth, intuitive experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced technology or SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated success in launching products and overseeing the full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort using data to support decisions and track outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive builder mindset with strong ownership and enthusiasm for solving complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum processes and product management tools such as Jira or Linear.
• Technical exposure or hands-on experience working with APIs and data architecture.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic wireframing.
• An MBA or MS is considered an added advantage.
