Osfin.ai is an emerging global B2B SaaS company founded by graduates of IIT and ISB. The company focuses on automating complex financial operations that businesses deal with every day. Its solutions have been implemented for a wide range of customers, including international banks, fintech companies, major e-commerce businesses, and fast-growing unicorns, helping them improve both operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who brings strong analytical thinking, initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach to work. The role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving complex product challenges in a fast-moving early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to support smooth product execution and delivery.
- Help shape the product direction and roadmap for a SaaS platform built for global scale.
- Drive products from early concept through launch using market insights, customer feedback, competitive research, and industry knowledge.
- Create clear, detailed product requirement documents and communicate them effectively to leadership, engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
- Work directly with leadership to align product priorities and business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong drive and willingness to thrive in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- Ability to define and present product roadmaps that balance short-term delivery with long-term company strategy.
- Hands-on experience taking new products through the full lifecycle, including go-to-market planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a link between technical teams, business teams, and users, along with experience writing PRDs.
- Comfort working with large datasets and using analytics to guide decisions.
