About the Company

Role Summary
This position is focused on keeping product information accurate, complete, and up to date across internal systems. The role ensures that data remains compliant and readily available to support sales activity, operational needs, and customer requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep product pricing current in customer-facing portals and the company’s internal databases.
- Apply price revisions quickly and with precision.
- Assist with pricing reviews and margin analysis by preparing relevant reports and pricing information.
- Work with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and suppliers to resolve pricing updates and related queries.
- Track pricing differences and look into issues connected to product pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer-specific pricing arrangements and promotional pricing.
- Support competitor price benchmarking and wider market research activities.
- Prepare recurring reports on pricing and profitability for management use.
Skills and Experience
Applicants should bring prior exposure to pricing, commercial administration, finance, purchasing, or data analysis. Hands-on experience with Sage X3 is required. The role also calls for strong numerical ability, analytical thinking, and advanced Excel capability.
