About the Role

We are hiring a Product Coordinator to help drive product planning, keep projects on track, and support collaboration across teams. This position suits someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working with different stakeholders to move initiatives toward completion. Training and onboarding support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Support product planning activities, coordination tasks, and day-to-day project execution.
Follow product development schedules and keep an eye on key milestones.
Act as a link between product, operations, and business teams to keep communication flowing.
Create reports, maintain documentation, and summarize meetings.
Track project status and assist in handling operational roadblocks.
Help with research and analysis to improve products and understand market trends.

Requirements

You must be based in the United States.
