Job Purpose

This role is focused on keeping procurement operations running smoothly by coordinating with suppliers during quotation, invoicing, and settlement stages. The position ensures that approvals are completed on time, records remain accurate, and supplier communication is handled effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle supplier settlement and reconciliation activities for a wide range of vendors, including those supporting the Procurement team, HR service providers, spare parts suppliers, and other ad hoc procurement vendors.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Manager on routine supplier coordination and communication.
  • Review supplier reconciliation data, procurement system workflows, and internal records through audit checks.
  • Track supplier payment timelines and partner with the Finance team to make sure invoices are processed and settled without delay.
  • Keep procurement documentation up to date, prepare reports on supplier performance, and contribute to process improvements across procurement operations.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or another relevant discipline. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, supplier coordination, accounts payable, or procurement settlement work. Prior exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools is advantageous. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities are essential, along with practical knowledge of invoice handling, procurement processes, and supplier management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The role also requires conversational Chinese and Arabic, plus fluent English.
